(hereinafter PLANETA JUNIOR) with Spanish Company Tax Identification number (CIF) B62395918, is responsible for processing the personal data provided through this Website as well as any data supplied by phone, using any of our paper forms, or obtained as the result of your relationship with us, and those derived from your browsing habits and consumption. Why do we process your personal data?
PLANETA JUNIOR processes your personal data to manage its relationship with you and to send you business communications via any medium, even once our relationship with you has ended, in order to keep you informed about similar products and services to those you ordered. We also inform you that, in order to offer you potentially interesting products and services by PLANETA JUNIOR or other companies, as well as to improve your experience on our Website, we will create a ‘marketing profile’ based on the information You provide as well as on any other information derived from your consumer and browsing habits, or obtained from social networks. Your personal information and marketing profile will also be ceded to Grupo Planeta companies so that they can send you business communications about products and services that they or third party companies produce. They will therefore also establish your marketing profile using said data and profiles, as well as any of Your data and profiles already in their possession or obtained in future, in order to ensure you find those communications interesting, because they match your interests, consumer and browsing habits and advertising preferences.

How long will we store your data?
All personal information provided and obtained from your browsing history and consumer habits will be stored along with your marketing profile until you request that they be deleted.
Why are you processing my data?
The legal reason for processing your personal data is to allow us to operate and maintain our relationship with You, and where relevant, to obtain your express consent to additional data processing consistent with sending our own and third party business communications, the creation of marketing profiles and the transfer of such data and profiles to other Grupo Planeta companies for the purposes stated under the “Why do we process your personal data?” section. The personal information requested when you log into this website, by phone or an any of our paper forms is that strictly necessary to form and maintain our relationship with You, in such a way that failure to provide it would make it impossible to maintain that relationship.
In any case, said main purpose is not subject to your consent to data processing, which is unnecessary for that main purpose. As mentioned earlier, the prospective offer of our own and/or third party products and services, as well as the creation of marketing profiles and their transfer to Grupo Planeta companies along with your personal information, are additional data processing activities based on consent. Who will receive your personal information?
