Once you confirm your order, we will take no longer than 2 to 3 working days to deliver it to the courier company that will ship it to you. We work with various courier companies. Generally, deliveries to (mainland) Spain and the Balearic islands take between 2 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the moment your parcel is received by the courier company to arrive at your home address.
Deliveries may take a little longer than usual during campaigns and promotions.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Pucca Store accepts credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards and virtual cards by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Electron, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, Masterpass, V.me and UnionPay International. You can also pay by bank transfer and PayPal.
SOMETHING’S MISSING FROM MY ORDER
If you received your order but an item you purchased is missing, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of: your AWB, the parcel your order was delivered in and all of the items received. We will solve the incident as soon as possible after receiving your mail.

Deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula (including to Andorra, Gibraltar and Portugal) have a fixed price of €3.99 and are free when your order total is over €35.

Your invoice is automatically sent to the email address you provided. Don’t forget to enter your billing details when placing your order: your full name, address and your Spanish tax identification number (NIF/CIF).
